This is where we meet, discuss client needs and goals, review the coaching process and answer any questions. All forms will be provided to the client for review and signature.
- Package Appointment

This is for booking package sessions only. This is for all package sessions after the first one (the first one is booked when the package is paid for).
- Post Package Session
1 hour @ $150.00
These are for additional sessions desired after the completion of a package. This is only to be used after the coach and client have discussed the need for additional sessions and jointly agree that an additional package is not needed.
